Changes to terms and conditions

• Making Music Academy reserves the right to alter or update these terms and conditions. Any major alterations will require current enrolments to complete their agreement again. 

 

Making Music Academy and it's teachers cannot accept responsibility or liability for any costs, claims, damages, losses, expenses, injuries or liabilities whatsoever or howsoever caused to the student, client, their property, or charges whilst a client and/or student is on site.

* Client - referring to the parent/guardian or student and paying for lesson tuition of any kind 

* Student - anyone who is enrolled or scheduled for lessons

* On-Site - the students place of residents where lessons are held or teaching premises
